Kharishma (real name Melita Makoma Ribane) is a multi-award-winning South African songwriter, recording artist, and performer. Her love for music was first nurtured in 2013. This, through Sunday schools and cultural groups, but it was in 2021 that she officially began recording music. Her breakthrough year came in 2023. The release of hit singles such as Matome, Sekoloto, and Malapi. These quickly made her a household name across Limpopo, Botswana, Lesotho, and other provinces in South Africa.
