R. Kelly Sings About Missing Commissary Funds and Royalties in Prison Remix of Chris Brown’s “Residuals”
R. Kelly is making sure he can get every vocal possibly off over that jail phone. After singing “When a Woman’s Fed Up” to celebrate a podcast hosts birthday, Kelly tackled the “Residuals” challenge, putting a twist on how he is losing his royalties and commissary funds more. But there is one question dominating online, is this performance artificial intelligence? You can hear it below.
R. Kelly is in prison but isn’t letting his body’s confines stop the talent of his music and artistry. Appearing on the Inmate Tea podcast, R. Kelly said, “Singing is a beautiful disease that’s uncurable” and revealed he has completed 25 albums since he’s been locked up.
“I’m always singing, I’m always writing,” R. Kelly said. “I’ve written like 25 albums since I’ve been in here.”
Will we get to hear them one day? Maybe? He also told the hosts, “I’m working on getting out.”
