Diego Moreira arrives in UK ahead of joining up with Chelsea squad after Benfica move
iego Moreira has landed in the UK as the winger prepares to join up with Chelsea.
The 18-year-old joined the Blues on a free transfer from Benfica earlier this summer and is preparing to pick up his work permit after playing for Portugal U21s in the recent European Championships.
It is unclear if the winger will play any part in Chelseaās pre-season tour of the United States as Mauricio Pochettino runs the rule over his squad.

Moreira is likely to spend the season with the clubās U21 team as the club continue to strengthen.
Chelsea have also signed left-back Ishe Samuels-Smith from Everton and Norwich midfielder Alex Matos on long-term contracts.
Dubbed a ādefensive animalā by former coach Luis Castro, Moreira made two appearances for the Lisbon giants last season.
Castro told Mais Futebol in April: āHe has improved a lot. He has this street football style, but it is increasingly productive.
