Freiburg vs West Ham LIVE! Europa League match stream, latest team news, lineups, TV, prediction today
A mouthwatering clash in Group A of the Europa League takes place in Germany tonight between the Breisgau Brazilians and the Hammers. David Moyes’ side have hit good form in the early weeks of the season and victory here would cement their place as favourites to reach the knockouts.
West Ham came from behind to down Backa Topola to open their European campaign and, unlike last season, have matched this with strong domestic form. A regulation 2-0 win over Sheffield United made it back-to-back wins and kept them inside the top half. Freiburg are fairing remarkably similarly and sit eighth in the Bundesliga.
Moyes has picked Mohammed Kudus to start in the absence of Michail Antonio for this trip to Baden-Wurttemberg. It’s an early evening kick-off for Freiburg West Ham today so follow all the action LIVE via Standard Sport’s match blog, featuring expert analysis from Malik Ouzia at Europa-Park Stadion!

Moyes talks up West Ham’s growing European pedigree with new record in sight

“Not bad names then, are they?” he said. “People who know football will tell you two incredibly gifted managers over a long period in English football.”
