The summer transfer window is a week away but Arsenal, Chelsea, Tottenham and Manchester United are all busy working on deals. The Blues have already completed their second summer signing in the form of Kendry Paez and are now looking at Brighton’s Moises Caicedo and Celta Vigo’s Gabri Veiga.
Arsenal are also keen on Caicedo, and a £70million fee has been touted, though West Ham captain Declan Rice remains their top priority and will lodge a first bid in the coming days. Manchester City pair Ilkay Gundogan and Joao Cancelo are other major targets. Tottenham have appointed Ange Postecoglou as their new manager, and will now look to overhaul their squad, though Spurs are braced for an opening bid from Real Madrid for Manchester United target Harry Kane.
Los Blancos are pushing for Kane with Karim Benzema heading to Saudi Arabia, though Chelsea’s Kai Havertz is also of interest. United, meanwhile, are in talks to sign Mason Mount from Chelsea, are likely to sign Kim Min-jae and have lined up Randal Kolo Muani and Goncalo Ramos as Kane alternatives. Alexis Mac Allister is joining Liverpool, with Khephren Thuram, Manu Kone and Chelsea target Veiga of interest too. Real Madrid end Havertz interest
Kai Havertz will NOT be leaving Chelsea it seems.
The German international had been touted as a potential replacement for Karim Benzema at Real Madrid and reports claimed he had asked to leave Stamford Bridge.
Still, Marca now suggest the deal is off, with Madrid making Harry Kane this transfer priority this summer.

Once again, Moises Caicedo continues to be a huge name in the transfer market.

Messi reject Saudi Arabia
Lionel Messi has rejected a move to Saudi Arabia.
According to the Athletic, the world’s greatest player will join either MLS side Inter Miami or return to Barcelona.
There is growing hope in Miami that Messi will move Stateside this summer, with MLS executives being told that the Argentine could even be looking at a debut for the club against Cruz Azul on July 21.
Negotiations are being led by Inter Miami owners Jorge and Jose Mas, while MLS partners Apple and Adidas are pushing hard to convince Messi to join.
Arsenal begin Cancelo talks
Arsenal have begun talks to sign Joao Cancelo from Manchester City.
According to Sky Sports, the Gunners have opened negotiations with the Premier League champions over a summer deal, but there remains a “gap in valuation” between the clubs.
Cancelo is understood to be ready to leave City, having been shipped out to Bayern Munich on loan in January, though it remains to be seen if Arsenal appeals.
Galatasaray right-back Sacha Boey is a back-up option.
Kim Min-Jae preparing to join Man United
Napoli defender Kim Min-Jae is reportedly set for a move to Manchester United.
After playing a starring role in the Italian side’s first Serie A title win in 33 years, the South Korean international has reportedly bid farewell.
Il Mattino, however, suggest the 26-year-old could first complete compulsory military service before his move to Old Trafford.
