Previous contestants and where they are now

Big Brother is back, bigger and bolder than ever, with a whole new set of housemates ready to join the reality show which will have them under constant surveillance.

Twenty-three years after the original series hit our screens, the launch show for its latest iteration will air this Sunday evening.

The new cast of carefully selected housemates, from all walks of life, will become the first people to take up residence in the brand-new Big Brother house in West London for up to six weeks.

But they follow in a long line of former contestants over 19 series of the programme, some of whom entered the Big Brother house unknown and left to become household names.

We take a look who left as a winner and where they are now.
