Ohio Man Confessed to Killing Wife, Then Shot Himself: Police

Around 10:15 that evening, police attempted to locate William Pratt in Fairfield when they heard a shot fired inside the residence, WLWT reported.

Police set up a perimeter around the home and the Hamilton-Fairfield SWAT team responded to the scene, officials said.
