UK: Africa Music Festival – thousands brave rains and organisational chaos

THOUSANDS of people travelled from all over the UK last Saturday for the inaugural Africa Music Festival at Leicester’s Nelson Mandela park, braving the rains and organisational chaos for a family fund day.

Artists on the bill included Jah Prayzah, Winky D, Mambo Dhuterere, as we as South Africa’s Makhadzi.
