North Carolina Man Accused of Threatening to Kill Children: Cops

Some of the messages were jumbled and incoherent, but police said they were still able to find the phrases “I’m going to murder every child in the hotel now” and “I’m going to kill all the children,” WTVD-TV reported.

Court documents show that Bright Horizons at Harrison Park, a daycare, is located across the street from where Douglas was staying at the time.

Police said they also found phrases in Douglas’ writings that could be references to the daycare, such as “in a ritual-killing I’m going to kill all the…children in the area…there’s 45 children near me.”
