Chelsea could even have multiple new signings through the door today with Axel Disasi and Lesley Ugochukwu nearing a switch while Kylian Mbappe is reportedly a target.
Over at Arsenal, David Raya has emerged as a top target with Brentford issuing a clear statement on how the Spanish goalkeeper is, in fact, available for the right price. Across north London, Spurs are set for more crunch talks over the future of Harry Kane as Bayern Munich continue their pursuit of the England striker.

Chelsea in two-way race for Kylian Mbappe
Chelsea and Barcelona are understood to be the clubs working hardest to pull off a player-plus-cash deal for Paris St Germain superstar Kylian Mbappe.
PA say sources close to PSG have indicated the Blues’ co-owner Todd Boehly is trying to put together a deal for the 24-year-old, who seems certain to leave Paris either for a fee this summer or for nothing next year.
Spanish champions Barcelona have also been actively pursuing a player swap deal, the PA news agency understands.
The French club are also anticipating a renewed attempt from Saudi club Al Hilal to persuade Mbappe to agree personal terms.
David Raya to Arsenal latest
Brentford have encouraged Arsenal to move for David Raya, as the Gunners consider a formal offer for the Spanish goalkeeper.
Arsenal have revived their interest in Raya and Brentford are ready to sell the 27-year-old this summer.
But the Bees have made it clear that they value Raya at £40million despite him only having one year left on his contract.

Juventus defender Gleison Bremer has committed his future to the Serie A giants.
Chelsea, Tottenham and Manchester United have all been linked with the £50million-rated Brazilian in the summer transfer market.
“The Premier League is an important league but I want to stay at Juve, the best club in Italy,” he told La Gazzetta dello Sport.

Bayern Munich are increasingly confident of striking a deal to sign Harry Kane.
Bayern are thought to be willing to push as high as £86million for Kane, who turned 30 on Friday and has just one year left on his contract.
Spurs do not want to lose Kane and as a minimum will drive an extremely hard bargain over the England captain.

Man Utd set to make Mason Greenwood decision
Manchester United will make a decision on Mason Greenwood before the start of the season.
Greenwood, 21, had been facing charges including attempted rape and assault but the Crown Prosecution Service said in February the case had been discontinued and all charges dropped as “the withdrawal of key witnesses and new material that came to light meant there was no longer a realistic prospect of conviction”.
United have been conducting their own investigation since.
