imbledon will welcome Andy Murray to Centre Court on Tuesday as the former British no1 kicks off a possible SW19 swansong.
It’s an all-British affair with Ryan Peniston his opponent, after no3 women’s seed Elena Rybakina takes on Shelby Rogers. No2 women’s seed Aryna Sabalenka wraps up the main action against Panna Udvardy.
Britain’s best hope for success comes with Cameron Norrie, who reached the semi-finals last year. He faces Tomas Machac on Court One after men’s no1 seed Carlos Alcarez kicks things off against Jeremy Chardy and no6 women’s seed Ons Jabeur – a finalist in 2022 – starts her title tilt against Magdalena Frech.
